Mehfeel is in private early access. Features may change as the product is tested, but the expectation is simple: use it lawfully, respect private invitations, and do not interfere with other people’s gatherings.
Accepting these terms
These terms apply when you visit mehfeel.app, join early access, or use a Mehfeel invitation experience. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy notice explains how personal data is handled.
Early access
Joining the list is a request, not a guarantee of access or a promise that a particular feature or launch date will be available. We may invite participants gradually, change or pause testing, or withdraw an early-access feature when needed for safety, reliability, or product development.
Private invitations
An invitation link is a private credential intended for the recipient and people the host permits. Do not publish, scrape, guess, sell, or misuse invitation links. Hosts are responsible for the gathering details they provide and for having an appropriate basis to invite and coordinate with their guests.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mehfeel to break the law, harass or impersonate someone, distribute harmful or deceptive material, test another person’s credentials, bypass service limits, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, hosts, or the service.
Your content
You retain responsibility for information you enter. You give Mehfeel permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in line with the Privacy notice. Do not provide content you lack the right to use.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but early-access software may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Mehfeel is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and ending access
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date and communicated where appropriate. You may stop using Mehfeel at any time; we may suspend access for a serious breach or risk to the service.
